 A year has passed since we set out on the mission to hitch hike around the world. We had plans for everything. Where we would travel, when, how we would film, what we would do. The original plan had been that we split up there in Damascus. I would go back to Tripoli

via Beirut and Peter would head north towards Turkey via Palmyra. That was the old plan. The

On the road again! It had been too long since we'd had ourselves a trip beyond Beirut. For

Peter it was the start of another leg, a long one. For me it would only be a round trip to

Syria and back. But the feeling of hitting the road was there in me too. We had decided to

We have been waiting a lot the past couple of months. We waited for an answer from the Iranian foreign ministry about our visa application. We waited for an answer from the ship Boi Branco if we can come along. We waited for Happy Fox to go to Cyprus. The result was that we spent a lot of our time in a relatively small area close to the office where we are sleeping in downtown Tripoli.
